complimentary drinks convenient bikes tasty breakfast
the hotel provided complimentary drinks and snacks in my room i found the hotel offered bikes for exploring cascais this was a convenient way to see the area. breakfast options were plentiful and tasty. the dining room had a marvelous view.
the blackout curtains in my room did not fully block light.

the staff was helpful and attentive from arrival to departure the reception personnel were friendly and helpful i observed genuine care in addressing guest needs. the hotel offered extra services like late check-out upon request.

Fortress Stay with Fine Views
arched ceiling really good views attentive staff
The room had an enclosed balcony with a couch and arched ceiling. The views were really good from the room. The staff was very helpful and attentive from arrival until departure (they even offered me a birthday cake, such a lovely surprise!).
The dirty windows impacted the overall experience. They were not cleaned during my entire stay. I think that cleaning should be more regular.

the food was all. the balcony provided the best spot for morning coffee with a view. the service was high quality, with everyone deserving appreciation.

mixed Feelings at fortress
old furniture missed cleaning
the location was Fine, particularly the view of the sea from our room. it met our expectations for a coastal hotel.
the room felt a little outdated. the furniture seemed old, and there was NO readily available outlets for charging my phone near the bed. also, the housekeeping missed cleaning our room one evening, even after we placed the card on the door.
